Tips for merch people actually wear
Start with a few garments and colours, then reorder the ones that sell. The price per piece falls with quantity, and we price in bands of 10-49, 50-199 and 200+ pieces.
Detailed artwork and photos are usually printed with DTG, while larger runs in a few colours suit screen printing. A logo on the chest or a cap can be embroidered. We recommend a technique in the quote.
Want to check the quality before the full run? We can make a physical sample print first. The price of the sample is stated in your quote.

Merch printing FAQ
What is the minimum order for merch?
We take print and embroidery orders from 10 pieces. Need fewer? Contact us and tell us about your project.
Can we get a physical sample before ordering the full run?
Yes. We can make a physical sample print so you can approve the quality before the full order is produced. The price of the sample is stated in your quote.
Which printing technique suits merch?
We work with DTG, screen printing, transfer, sublimation and embroidery. Detailed artwork suits DTG, larger runs in a few colours suit screen printing, and chest or cap logos can be embroidered.
How much does merch printing cost?
The price depends on quantity, garment, technique and the number of colours in your design. The price per piece falls with volume, and every quote is made individually.
How long does it take?
Typically 5-10 working days from mock-up approval to dispatch, then 2-3 business days for delivery.
Is it genuine Fruit of the Loom?
Yes. Marmalade Co. is an official Fruit of the Loom retailer, so the garments from our range are genuine Fruit of the Loom.
