Price Guarantee

At Marmalade Co. we make every effort to offer you the best prices on the market. That is why we provide a lowest price guarantee. If you find an identical product at a lower price from a comparable EU online retailer, we will match it.

We believe that quality and affordability can go hand in hand, and we do everything we can to ensure you always receive the best deal.

Price match terms

• The product must be available at a lower price from another EU-based online retailer delivering to the same country.
• The competing product must be identical (same brand, model, colour, size, and condition).
• You must provide a link to the product or a screenshot of the listing as proof.
• The competing offer must be in stock and immediately available for purchase.

Exceptions

The price guarantee does not apply to:

• Promotional prices at trade fairs or other offers that require physical attendance.
• Products marked as "unavailable", "back-order" or "in external warehouse", either with us or with the competitor.
• Products sold as part of special promotions such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and other short-term offers.
• Marketplace listings from unverified sellers (e.g. third-party sellers on Amazon, eBay or similar).

Timing

The price guarantee applies before and at the time of purchase, but not after. If you find the same product at a lower price within 14 days after your purchase, you may use your 14-day right of withdrawal, unless we choose to match the price.
