You get a digital mock-up of your design on the garment to approve before production.

Typically 7 working days after approval, plus 2-3 business days for delivery. Rush orders can often be done faster.
Reprint guarantee
If there is a fault in the print or the garment compared with the mock-up you approved, we reprint it free of charge.
You always see and approve a digital mock-up before we produce anything, so you know exactly what you will get.

We price every order by hand so you get the best price for your quantity. The price is in your quote.

What we print on
We print and embroider the whole Fruit of the Loom range - from company t-shirts with your logo to custom hoodies for clubs and schools.
Printing techniques - and when each one fits
DTG (direct-to-garment)
For photos, many colours and detailed artwork. A good fit for small runs.
Screen printing
For larger runs of the same design in a few colours. Strong, durable colours.
Transfer
For names, numbers and small runs - and for fabrics other techniques do not suit.
Embroidery
For logos and short text on polo shirts, sweatshirts and caps. A premium, hard-wearing finish.
We also offer sublimation. The best technique depends on quantity, design and fabric - we recommend one in the quote.

Custom printing FAQ
What is the minimum order for printing?
We take print orders from 10 pieces. Need fewer? Contact us and tell us about your project.
What does it cost?
The price depends on quantity, garment, technique and the number of colours in your design. Every quote is made individually, and the price per piece falls with volume.
How long does it take?
Typically 7 working days from mock-up approval to dispatch, then 2-3 business days for delivery. Rush orders can often be done faster - mention it in your request.
Can I get a physical sample print before the full order?
Yes. We can make a physical sample print before the full order is produced, so you can approve the quality. The price of the sample is stated in your quote.
Can I see the design before production?
Yes. You get a free digital mock-up of your design on the garment, and we only start production once you have approved it.
Which file formats should my logo be in?
Ideally a vector file such as PDF, AI, EPS or SVG, so the print stays sharp at any size. A high-resolution PNG, preferably with a transparent background, also works. If the file is not good enough to print, we will tell you before we make the mock-up.
Which printing techniques do you use?
DTG (direct-to-garment), screen printing, transfer, sublimation and embroidery. We recommend the best technique for your design, quantity and fabric in the quote.
Is it genuine Fruit of the Loom?
Yes. Marmalade Co. is an official Fruit of the Loom retailer, so the garments from our range are genuine Fruit of the Loom.
Can companies pay by invoice?
Yes, by agreement for companies, clubs and institutions. Mention it in your request.
Which EU countries do you deliver to?
From marmaladeco.com we deliver to Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Spain in 2-3 business days. Orders for Denmark go via marmaladeco.dk and for Sweden via marmalade.se. Tell us in your request where the order should go.
Can I order plain garments in bulk and still get a discount?
Yes. Volume pricing applies with or without print. Fill in the form with quantities and garments and you will get one combined quote.
What if there is a fault in the print?
If there is a fault in the print or the garment compared with the mock-up you approved, we reprint it free of charge. That is our reprint guarantee.
