We collect and process personal data only when it is relevant to your interaction with Marmalade Co. and in accordance with applicable data-protection law. We retain personal data only for as long as required by law or needed for the purpose for which it was collected.
Information we collect
When you visit our website, contact us, subscribe to our newsletter or place an order, we may process information such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, order details, IP address and other technical information needed to operate and protect the store.
Full card details are submitted directly to the payment provider shown at checkout. Marmalade Co. does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. The payment provider sends us the transaction status, transaction identifier and the information needed to confirm and support your order.
Why we process your data
We process contact, order and delivery information to fulfil your purchase, send order and delivery confirmations, provide customer service, handle returns or complaints, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.
If you consent to receive our newsletter, we use your email address for that purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in a newsletter.
If you do not provide the information required to fulfil an order, we may be unable to complete your purchase.

We do not sell your personal data. We use external hosting, commerce, payment, delivery, communications and analytics providers that process personal data only as needed to provide their services and under applicable data-processing terms.
Some service providers may process data outside your country. Where required, such transfers are protected by applicable data-protection safeguards.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive a portable copy. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent and lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority.

Analytics, advertising and session replay
Optional tracking is blocked by default. If you accept in our cookie banner, we use Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland), Google Tag Manager through our server-side tagging service, and PostHog to measure visits, product views, add-to-cart activity, checkout and post-purchase offer usage. PostHog may record a masked replay of the session; all text, input fields and element attributes are masked. We do not use these services if you reject.
Google Maps address suggestions
When you type in the checkout address field, the entered address text and selected country are sent to Google Maps Platform to show address suggestions and complete the delivery address. Google processes this information according to the Google Privacy Policy.

How we keep the price down
We buy our garments straight from Fruit of the Loom and collect them at their own factory in Morocco, where everything from yarn to finished product happens under one roof.
Buying directly means fewer steps between the manufacturer and you. This helps us keep everyday clothing affordable.
