    Tell us quantities, colours, sizes and the date of the event, and attach your logo or text.

    Get your quote

    Within 24 hours on weekdays you receive a personal quote with price per piece and total.

    Approve the mock-up

    You get a free digital mock-up of the t-shirt to approve before production.

    Delivery

    Typically 5-10 working days after approval, plus 2-3 business days for delivery.

Large runs and a fixed deadline

An event date does not move, so order in good time: production typically takes 5-10 working days after you approve the mock-up, and delivery then takes 2-3 business days. Put the event date in your request.

The price per piece falls with quantity. We price in bands of 10-49, 50-199 and 200+ pieces, and large orders are priced individually. For big runs of one design in a few colours, screen printing is often the best fit.

Companies, clubs and institutions can pay by invoice by agreement. If there is a fault in the print or the garment compared with the mock-up you approved, we reprint it free of charge.

What is the minimum order for event t-shirts?

We take print orders from 10 pieces, and we also handle large runs. Large orders are priced individually.

How much do printed event t-shirts cost?

The price depends on quantity, t-shirt, technique and the number of colours and print positions in your design. The price per piece falls with volume, and every quote is made individually.

How far ahead of the event should we order?

Typically 5-10 working days from mock-up approval to dispatch, then 2-3 business days for delivery. Rush orders can often be done faster - put the date in your request.

Can sponsor logos go on the t-shirt?

Yes. We can print several logos, for example sponsors on the back and your own logo on the front. The number of colours and print positions affects the price.

Can we get a physical sample first?

Yes. We can make a physical sample print before the full order is produced, so you can approve the quality. The price of the sample is stated in your quote.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We buy our garments straight from Fruit of the Loom and collect them at their own factory in Morocco, where everything from yarn to finished product happens under one roof.

Buying directly means fewer steps between the manufacturer and you. This helps us keep everyday clothing affordable.
