Delivery policy

Delivery countries

Marmalade Co. dispatches orders from Denmark and delivers to Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Spain.

We do not currently accept orders through marmaladeco.com for delivery outside the countries listed above.

Delivery methods and prices

DHL delivery to a pickup point costs €6, and is free on orders of €80 or more.

DHL Home Delivery currently costs €7 at every order value. Home delivery is never free.

The delivery methods available for your address, and their exact prices, are displayed at checkout before payment.

Handling and delivery times

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 0–1 business day. The estimated total delivery time is 2–3 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Carrier disruption, an incomplete address or unusually busy periods may affect the estimate.

How we keep the price down

We buy our garments straight from Fruit of the Loom and collect them at their own factory in Morocco, where everything from yarn to finished product happens under one roof.

Buying directly means fewer steps between the manufacturer and you. This helps us keep everyday clothing affordable.
