Refund policy
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not possible. If you wish to exchange a product, please return your original order and place a new order through our online store.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or wish to return a product for any reason, please contact us at kontakt@marmaladeco.com and we will find a solution together.
You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase and return an unused product bought on our website. If the product has been used or is in a condition that reduces its market value, it is not eligible for return.
Please send your return request to kontakt@marmaladeco.com within 14 days of receiving the product.
Partial returns
If you have ordered multiple products, you may return one or more items even if they were ordered together. Please note that in the case of a partial return, delivery costs are not refunded if free shipping applied only to the full order.
Return shipping costs
The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. We can provide a DHL return label for €8 per order. This amount will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us by email to receive a QR code for your return label.
Refunds
If you return your order, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs if the entire order is returned, minus any return handling fee.
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product and will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or proof that it has been sent.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments or parcels that cannot be delivered directly.
Condition of returned products
You are only responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality, as you would in a physical store. If the product has been used more extensively, the refund may be reduced or rejected.
We recommend returning the product in its original packaging, such as the resealable shipping bag.

Complaints
You have a two-year right to make a complaint in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation. If your complaint is approved, we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs. Please contact us at kontakt@marmaladeco.com before returning a defective product.
