Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not possible. If you wish to exchange a product, please return your original order and place a new order through our online store.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or wish to return a product for any reason, please contact us at contact@marmaladeco.com and we will find a solution together.

You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase of a product bought on our website. You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store; handling it beyond what is necessary may reduce the refund as explained below.

Please send your return request to contact@marmaladeco.com within 14 days of receiving the product.

Then send the products back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us that you wish to withdraw. You do not need to wait for our approval to exercise your right of withdrawal. You may use the withdrawal form below or send any other clear statement of your decision.

Partial returns

If you have ordered multiple products, you may return one or more items even if they were ordered together. The original delivery cost is not refunded when only part of an order is returned.

Return shipping costs

The customer pays the cost of return shipping. We can provide a DHL return label for €8 per order. If you use that label, its €8 cost will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us by email to receive a QR code for your return label.

Refunds

If you return your entire order, we will refund all payments received, including the standard outbound delivery cost. If you used our DHL return label, its €8 cost will be deducted from the refund.

We will refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you tell us that you wish to withdraw, subject to the withholding rule below. We will use the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and will not charge a refund fee.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you have supplied proof that it has been sent back, whichever happens first.

We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments or parcels that cannot be delivered directly.

Condition of returned products

You are responsible only for any reduction in value caused by handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality, as you would in a physical store. If the product has been used more extensively, the refund may be reduced in proportion to the loss in value and may be refused only if the product no longer has a resale value.

We recommend returning the product in its original packaging, such as the resealable shipping bag.

Complaints

You have a two-year right to make a complaint in accordance with EU consumer-protection legislation. If your complaint is approved, we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs. Please contact us at contact@marmaladeco.com before returning a defective product.
