Payment

We accept payment by card and Apple Pay. Your account will only be charged when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery

We deliver orders within the European Union via DHL. Orders placed on business days before 15:00 are usually shipped the same day. Delivery time is typically 3 to 5 business days depending on destination.

Shipping Costs

Delivery to a DHL service point is free for orders above 65 EUR. For orders up to 65 EUR, the shipping cost is 8 EUR.

Home delivery with DHL costs 8 EUR for orders up to 80 EUR.
For orders above 80 EUR, home delivery costs 5 EUR.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer protection law. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods. In the case of partial deliveries, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

Returns

The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. We can provide a DHL return label for 8 EUR per order. This amount will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us by email to receive a QR code for your return label.

Condition of Returned Goods

If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount corresponding to the loss in value.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Complaints

You have a two year right to make a complaint in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation. If your complaint is approved, we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs. Please contact us at kontakt@marmaladeco.com before returning a defective product.
