Scope

These terms apply to consumer purchases made through marmaladeco.com. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Prices and payment

Product prices and the order total are shown in euros and include VAT. Any delivery charge is displayed before you place the order.

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. When a card payment is authorised, your bank may reserve the order amount in accordance with its own terms. We do not charge card fees.

Order confirmation

After you place an order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, the price is clearly incorrect or we cannot complete delivery.

Delivery countries

Marmalade Co. dispatches orders from Denmark and delivers to Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Spain.

We do not currently accept orders through marmaladeco.com for delivery outside the countries listed above.

Delivery methods and prices

DHL Home Delivery currently costs €7 to the countries listed above.

If another DHL delivery method is available for your address, its exact price is displayed at checkout before payment. We do not currently advertise a sitewide free-shipping threshold on marmaladeco.com.

Handling and delivery times

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 0–1 business day. The estimated total delivery time is 2–3 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Carrier disruption, an incomplete address or unusually busy periods may affect the estimate.

Tracking

We send tracking details by email after dispatch.

Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days after receiving your order to tell us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. Email contact@marmaladeco.com before sending anything back. Direct exchanges are not available; return the original product and place a new order instead.

Send the products back no later than 14 days after telling us that you wish to withdraw. Our approval is not required to exercise this right.

The customer pays return shipping. We can provide a DHL return label for €8 per order, which is deducted from the refund. Full conditions, the return address and the withdrawal form are set out in our returns policy.

Refunds

We will refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you tell us that you wish to withdraw, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you have supplied proof that it has been sent back, whichever happens first. We do not charge a refund fee.

Complaints and defective products

You have a two-year right to make a complaint in accordance with EU consumer-protection legislation. Contact contact@marmaladeco.com before returning a defective product. If the complaint is approved, we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs.

Personal data

We process personal data as described in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law, without limiting the mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.

Address suggestions are provided by Google Maps Platform. Use of this feature is subject to the Google Terms of Service and the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service.
