Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. Please read the information below carefully.

Withdrawal period

You have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by email). You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than:

14 days after the day we received back the goods, or
14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. A return label is available for 8 EUR.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods that are clearly personalised
Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons

Note: clothing that has been worn beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning may be subject to a deduction in the refund amount.
